It is more beneficial for young adults to help the community without getting paid. However, it not only provides experience to the youngster but also improves communication skills. This essay will discuss why the advantages of helping others voulunteerly do in fact outweight the disadvantages.
Firstly, youngsters involved in community helping is the greatest benefit for themself, because it will help them become better human being as well as they can learn social skills like how to talk with others, and if the help is related to the field they are studying, then it will help them gain experience for their future.
Secondly,it also provide good influence to their juniours to get involve in helping others. For example if an adult ia helping someone and young children see it, then they also learn that great human gesture.
On the other hand, there are few challenges in helping the local community like time management, nowadays teenage students are very busy in their daily education shedual so they cannot get free time for this social aspect. Additionaly, it can also ruin their studies, like if they always get involved into such activities then they cannot focus on their studies. For instance, in a survey fromw the private school when teachers ask students why they had not complete assignments majority of students said that they were involved into the voulunteering job.
In conclusion, there are many positive aspects of doing volunteering help, as no doubt that youngsters will find it difficult to get out from their busy schedule, but if they manage to do so then it is more advantageous compare to drawbacks.
