Essay topics:

The most important consideration when choosing any career or job is having a high income. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There IS an array of factors to be considered to choose a job. Amongst this, a high paying job is the most preferred. I disagree with this notion, and in this essay, I will discuss how other factors are crucial too.
To begin with, one of the imperative reason to focus while selecting a career is job satisfaction. A well-satisfied job comprises of time flexibility, perks, holidays. For Example, as opposed to the high paying jobs, which requires one
to function at the highest possible level in terms of consistency, delivering tight deadlines and are stressful in nature, a content job allows one to work at their own pace, allowing them to work peacefully and deliver the required results. Performing duties in a calm environment allow people to deliver better results.
Furthermore, career grow this another reason to take into consideration while choosing a job. Factors like promotions, learning new skills and job responsibilities are regarded as career growth. For instance, an individual starting his career from the very beginning to the topmost category of his professional life, gaining promotions and acquiring new traits along the way, will make him a worthy and a much more dynamic high-ranking executive.
In Contrast, the individuals who are amongst the categories of top paid, have a limited scope of growth. They are grinding every day for the same tasks and have no time to enhance their skills. In Conclusion, while looking for employment, it is vital that one does not overlook the factors like job satisfaction and career growth.
