People often choose rented apartment than their own, because the homes are high priced now and initial payment too. For exemple, every year, increasingly families can’t afford their own home in the world. Consequently. they prefer rented apartment. Likewise, some young people consciously do not buy a home, because they prefer trevaling and living in different countries.
In my opinion, rented accommodation is negative if you have money for buying a home, because home is deposit for the future.
