In general, it is immediately evident that most of the police budget came from National Government in both years and the largest proportion of it was spent on salaries.

According to the table, National Government provided police budget with the highest amount of money in the years 2017 and 2018, with the figure of 175.5 and 177.8 million pounds, respectively, which accounted for approximately a half of total budget. The second largest supply of money was Local Taxes, which was 91.2 million pounds in 2017 and went up by 1 million in 2018. Moreover, money came from other sources was just one-third of the National Government, which remained the same at around 38 million pounds in both years.

As regards the two pie charts, the largest percentage of the police budget was spent on salaries for officers and staff, with the figure of 75% in 2017 and 69% in 2018. The second highest proportion of the expenditure belonged to buildings and transport, which stayed the same at 17% in both years. However, the expenditure for technology made up only 8% of the percentagewise in 2017 before rising by 6% in 2018.
