Essay topics:

The table below gives information on the proportion of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three different diets.

The pie chart gives information about the proportion of carbohydrates, protein, and fat in three different diets, namely average diet, healthy diet, and healthy diet for sport.
Overall, there are significant differences between the three substances in these diets.
The number of carbohydrates accounts for the majority of three kinds of diet. It’s noticeable that sportspeople consume the largest amount compared to other groups of dieters. It contains 60% of carbs, which is 10% and 20% higher than the proportion of carbohydrates in the average diet and healthy diet, respectively.
On the average diet, the number of protein accounted for 40%, the same as carbohydrates and double the percentage of fat (only 20%). In a healthy diet, the number of protein is lower than in a normal meal (30 %). The amount of protein in a sports healthy diet is rather modest, just 25%.
And no surprise that fat seemed to be the nutrition that contributes the smallest percentage among these diet types ( 20% for an average and healthy diet, healthy diet for sport is only 15%).
