Some people believe that teenagers should concentrate on all school subjects. But,others believe that teenagers should focus on the subject that they are best ator that they find the most interesting. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
People are divided in their opinion regarding whether youngsters should focus on all school subjects or focus on the subjects that they excel at. This has given rise to the fervid question ' which subjects are essential to teenagers'?. Let us examine both views and proffer my opinion before reaching a concrete decision.
Undeniably, these days juvenile students are exposed to lots of school subjects which are beneficial to them. Therefore proponents that teenagers at school should focus on all subject do so because they believe that such exposure broadens their horizon and makes them a better citizen. To illustrate, juveniles at school when exposed to different subjects will help to enhance their knowledge on manifold fields in their life time. Therefore it makes them to know how to differentiate between what is good or bad thus making them a better citizen.
Conversely, advocates of minors at school focusing on courses that they excel at believes so because it makes them keep up with their studies and not to drop out from school due to non performance. If juveniles are allowed to concentrate on subjects they are best at, they will be less school dropouts. A recent research by the USA has shown that minors that are allowed to choose courses that they excel at, ends up performing better than those that concentrate on all subjects. All in all, they believe so because this method produces less school drop out and high grade students.
From my perspective, I opine that juveniles in school should be allowed to focus on courses they perform better at because it helps them perform better and also produces less drop-outs.
To sum up, people opinion varies regarding whether teenager should focus on all subjects or focus on courses they excel at. The former think so because it broadens their horizon and makes them better citizen while the later opine that it produces fewer dropouts and high-grade students. However, I reiterate my opinion that school minors should be allowed to focus on course they perform well at so that they be less school drop out.
