It is often argued that athletics play an essential factor towards a child well-being and bodily health hence required to be obligatory in school. I completely agree with this opinion and think that involving children into physical activities make them active and healthy which is essential for a better growth.
First of all, I believe that involving kids into sports make them more enthusiastic and confident. For playing outdoor games children needs to move there body frequently and precisely in some cases, which make them active unlike sitting Indoor and playing video games. Playing in front of spectators vanishes the fear of crowd which incorporate confidence in them. For example, many school provide scholarship to the student who is good in sports as they understand the capability of active students. Thus, good physical heath important for child growth and can be achieved only by playing.
Secondly, every kids like playing and by doing so they are making themselves immune to disease, which is a great benefit in today's time. It is considered that exercising makes our body more healthy and strong hence by playing any sports kids unknowingly do the exercises which make them stronger. As per the recent surveys it is found that children who play outdoor sports are more prone to diseases than the one who play video games. That's why, it’s more important to play for good health.
To conclude, sports needs to be made compulsory in schools because it make children more immune and energetic.
