Dear sir,
My name is raman, I am one of your students in the guitar class of evening session. I am writing this letter to inform you that I would not be able to pursue this course from next week.
I have enrolled in this course last month on september 2nd as a part time student. Also, I have had a job in the local hospital. Last week, my manager has announced my promotion as well as changed my all shifts to late evenings. Owing to this, it would be impossible for me to attend this course.
However, I am still willing to keep this course as I have great interest in learning this instrument. So, I would like to request you to transfer me to another session if there is any available in morning, which has same syllabus. I would prefer at 9 am with teacher Kim if she has space in her class.
