Hope you are doing well!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you due to the noise pollution. We didn't intend to disturb you.

Actually, our Bathroom pipe is broken which had caused internal leakage in the wall. We had shared the issue with our society management and they have helped us with a Plumber and a Mason. Professionals are changing the pipe and are reconstructing the wall which is causing the noise. We clearly told that we need work to be finished within a day but work was long and was stretched till night which resulted in spoiling your sleep.

I had word with the management and they had ensured me that they had word with the professionals and work with be completed by today 7 pm in the evening.

We will make sure that such instances are not repeated in future.
