Dear Johnson,
Hope this letter finds you in radiant help and best of spirits. I'm writing with regards to the complaint you made about my noise from my apartment.
Let me explain the situation in more detail, the noise is coming from my newly acquired 15kva generator that I bought because of the country epileptic power supply. I'm using the generator for my printing press so it has to running nine to ten hours daily. Please allow me to use this medium to tender my sincere apology. I am sorry for any inconvenience it might have caused you.
Would you kindly bear the noise for a week because I have ordered for a sound-proof generator which has been shipped by the dealer to my destination but it's yet to arrive.
