Do you agree or disagree? The way people dresses is a good indication of his or her personality or character.
In the modern era, cloth has played a prominent role in all societies. Because it is of paramount importance, people have always sought ways to enhance their style. Some people may hold the viewpoint that outfit of humans shows their personality and characters. However, some others may take an opposite viewpoint and believes that dress style cannot represent human characters. I content that dresses cannot represent of human personality. In the following paragraphs, I will delve into the most outstanding reasons.
The first important factor to be mention is that people usually wear and choose a cloth available in the markets and brands. To elaborate on my point, when people want to purchase clothes, they would go to clothing shops and purchase their dresses. In this situation, they must choose their clothes among dresses which present in shops. So, they do not get many choices to wear a dress. Furthermore, if people want to order an especial dress, they must pay a lot of money to the company, and most people do not have this. As a result, people do not have a choice about a dress, so we can not judge them base on which they wear. However, some work has especial forms such as doctors, nurses and engineering. In this situation, we can only have information about their jobs, not their characters or personality.
Another reason which deserves some words here is that people wear a dress base on which place they live. To shed more light on this matter, in each country, people must obey some role in clothes they want to wear. For example, people in America have a lot of freedom about dresses, and they can wear each style they want. But, in some countries like Iran people, especially women, must wear hijab. Most women do not like to wear hijab, but they have to wear it because it is low and they must obey it. Moreover, most people wear a different style in a different place. For example, human wear a formal dress in their work or a high rank of a party, but they wear a cajole dress when they want to go to a gym or picnic. So, we can not judge people base on an outfit.
All in all, considering the aforementioned reason leads us to the conclusion that human cannot judge each other base on cloth that they wear. I believe that people do not have many options for their cloth and they must wear dresses available in markets. And, most people must follow some rule about their outfit base on a country they live in. Indeed, we cannot distinguish people from characters or personalities.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
