Working can be one of the sweetest experiences if we have a good coworker. Due to we have to spend a lot of time with that. one of the crucial characteristics that a coworker has to have is a willingness to learn. I have several reasons why I feel like this that I will explore in the following essay.
First of all, in today's rapidly changing world, it is necessary to learn new skills and techniques that lead us to do projects in the best way and help us to find out novel methods. The consequence of that is doing tasks with better results; it also provides opportunities to detect new methods to achieve success. My personal example is one of the compelling examples of this. At university, we had to do our final project in a group; we had to extract a soil sample, but we forgot to carry special equipment to cut the soil; one of my coworkers strived to find another method to excavate the soil, and she finally was successful. The work had been done thanks to the eager colleague, and had she not been with us, we would have had serious problems.
Secondly, we will become more knowledgeable if we have an eager learning colleague; actually, this trait will convey to us. Hence we can learn about the methods that he or she is using, and during a positive competition, we look forward to learning new things because we spend a lot of time with him or her; this trait will become consistent in our personality. For instance, three years ago, I had a coworker that he was really willing to learn. He always asked about different ways and new methods and tried to update. I spent time with him, and finally, I tried to be like him, so I am guessing that I fell behind him, and now I try to learn every new knowledge.
In a nutshell, I entirely believe that willing to learn new things is an important hallmark of a good coworker that can improve our personality and make our convenient tasks. We spend much time during the day with them; as a result of this, they can affect us in various aspects.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
