Imagine that a professor requires students to learn as much as possible about a subject in a short period of life. Is it better for the professor to require students to work together in a group or is it better to require students to work alone?
Throughout history, there are different problems that mankind faces and must choose an answer wisely. He can find the solution solely or can do it in a group with others’ help. There is a controversial question as to whether it is better to make this decision in a team or not? While some people are the opinion that doing it alone has lots of benefits, personally, I believe in team work for it leads us to the better points. I have several reasons for my point of view, both of which will be mentioned in the following paragraphs.
The first reason that juts out of my mind immediately pondering this issue is the effect of teamwork on our future lives. As we all know, while working in a company, it is crucial to know how to participate in a group activity in order to make a good relationship with other employees. If we do not have a significant ability to make good connections with our co-workers, we will not be able to progress in a job, getting a better position in the company. Although some individuals think there is no link between school period activities and gaining social skills, I strongly believe not only is there a connection between these two but also school is the best place to obtain and gain these skills. To shed more light on it, I am going to compare myself with my brother. When we were in the high school, I used to do my homework with my friends as a team because our mentor forced us to do so. By forcing us to talk to each other while solving the problem our teacher taught us how to indicate our opinion in a group. On the other hand, my brother’s teacher did not do the same method and always told them to not talk to each other about questions, and do them on their own. Thus, my brother never had the experience of being in a group. Because of my teacher's viewpoint now I have a better position in my job only because of my social skills.
Secondly, one of the most considerable benefits of working in a team is finding good answers in a short time. It is needless to say that when different students with a variety of viewpoints ponder about a specific problem they will bring various approaches on the table which leads to better decisions. When I was In high school we were a group consisting of 5 members who were the best students in our grade. When each of us faced with a good question he indicated it in the group and we start thinking about the best solution for it. By doing so, not only did we become familiar with different perspectives about that particular issue but also we were be able to use our time efficiency because there is always a question in the circle to be solved by us.
To make the long story short, according to the aforementioned arguments it is crucial for each pupil to understand the concepts of the working in a team because of its great influences on their future life. In addition, it helps them to not waste their time and find the best answer for any question. Therefore it is lecturers’ responsibility to encourage students to do their assignments in groups.

Write the essay in 30 minutes.
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
