In my opinion, if I were the leader of an organization, I would choose to show some sad images to motivate people to take action.
First of all, one important point relates to the emotional aspect. By that I mean, if these sad images contain scenes of floods and raging fires caused by climate change, such details can be visually impressive and stimulating. Once these pictures and videos are graphically presented to the general public, this means that a high-impact message aimed at changing their attitudes will be conveyed, further arousing compassion and sympathy. Naturally, the masses, driven by these heartfelt emotions, will want to lend a helping hand to those in need, ranging from poverty-stricken families to disaster survivors. Consequently, sad images can serve as an effective motivator -- people stand a better chance of taking action more quickly and making meaningful contributions, thus facilitating the process of resolving related problems.
Some may argue that happy images can be reassuring but some potential drawbacks exist (especially when organizations display delighting images too frequently). The reason is simple: happy images typically show that steps are being taken to ease environmental problems and the current situation is getting better and better. As people are frequently exposed to optimistic images of people successfully fighting poverty, the public may feel that these issues are no longer urgent, thus underestimating the magnitude of such matters. Therefore, citizens may not pay special attention to those serious problems like poverty or greenhouse effects. Instead, people from all walks of life may choose to direct their attention and efforts more towards their own assignments or projects. Eventually, the original goal of calling for more action could fail.
All in all, it is my firm conviction that it is a better choice to show sad images to spur people.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
