Solitude, spending time alone, is one of our best teachers.
Every single person needs to be alone to think about what is going to happen in the future and what should learn from the past. People demand to use their solitude, to be honest with themselves. In my opinion, solitude is an efficient teacher that helps us to think about ourselves. In the following paragraphs, I will explore into the most conspicuous reasons and examples justifying my viewpoint.
To begin with, people will recognize the value of being with their families and friends. Individuals have a specific dimension that is related to making a good connection with others. On the other hand, people need to spend a little time for themselves to remember those good and bad memories in their minds. That is a special lesson that everyone should consider it because they cannot always live with their other. My own experience as a student demonstrates good evidence of this. I admitted to a university far from my city. The first week of my life without my family was so hard because the regulation of my life was to talk to them about the events in my life, but now I did not have a person around me like them. Consequently, I understood the value and situation of any single person in my life. Also, I realized how much I should attend to people in my life.
Secondly, people learn how to conquer their issues in their life independently. Everyone has problems in life and except using other’s advice, no one cannot solve our problems. Furthermore, people have to learn to accept their responsibility for actions to mature in a good way. Although people are willing to each other, every person has a specific attribution which should arrange him or herself with that. As a result, thinking independently is one of the advantages of living alone which is a crucial matter in everyone’s life.
To sum up, being alone, sometimes, has benefits for people in which they can understand the other’s value in their lives, and do their works without other’s help.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
