Some people prefer to focus on ambitious dreams while others think realistic goals are more important. Which one do you prefer and why?

Human, who stands head and shoulders above creatures, has always sought to realize his dreams. Appetencies have ever inspired people to make efforts whose combination with enthusiasm lead to luminous results. According to some erudite thinkers, individuals try their best abilities in the ways they have a bright and real image of their destinations. But the other point here is whether achieving realistic goals give them a deep sense of satisfaction or not. An ineluctable query which always has been the topic of contention and brought about heated debates is whether people should place much emphasis on realistic goals or ambitious dreams. From my vantage point, people who are brave about their wishes and desires are more likely to get what they want. In what follows, I will elaborate on my perspective.
First of all, it is significant to be mentioned that ambition is a crucially important milestone in the tortuous route of success, and it paves the way for everyone to surmount seemingly formidable obstacles. To put in general words, the enduring delight resides in the success attained by perseverance. If people choose the chivalric wants, it will benefit them in manifold ways. For instance, such a person will try his best abilities and enhance his skills very diligently to find creative and intelligent solutions to reach his goals. Also, he would learn making crucial decisions in the tribulations of life in which encounters unsettling circumstances, for he believes the harder and more ginger work is done, the more brilliant results will be achieved. This individual will boost his self-esteem because he could burgeon his latent talents and he will be a profitable person to his society.
Another reason which deserves some attention is that prosperous people both financially and scientifically, have always made far-reaching and outrages wish in their minds. In effect, most of them are daydreamer and idealist, and they can imagine dreams and goals which seem incredible and odd for others. To bring a vivid example, I’m pretty sure you have heard of Wright brothers, the inventors of the first aircraft. Planting the far-reaching dream of flight in their mind, they endeavored to realize their dreams. They did not seem to falter in what they wanted. Were they realistic about their desire, we would not have had such a valuable invention. From my viewpoint, having nourished our mind with fantasy provides us with an unmatched opportunity to thrive our abilities.
Reflecting upon all the reasons above, one soon realizes that it is of vital importance to success to have earnest desires than realistic goals. Not only does being chivalrous lead to try to solve problems and have consistency on what we want, but also has been a characteristic which successful persons have in common. I highly recommend that to have brilliant achievement in your life, in choosing your donations, give up the reality and Immerse into the dreams.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
