Some people like to use computers to type letter; others like to write letters with a pen. Which do you prefer and why?
Writing and preparing a formal or even informal letter become so important in recent years. Since a letter is the first impression that its writer would give to the reader of it. Normally, there are different ways to write a letter; so people prefer to write their letters by their own hand with a pen or pencil. However, some others like to write their letters with word processing soft wares in computers. I think writing a letter in computers and smart devices is better due to three reasons which I am going to discuss about.
First reason is computers correction ability which helps you to write a smooth and coherent letter without any grammatical mistake. Generally, computers equipped with word processors can easily change the wrong spellings as you type. For instance, I had a very crucial and determining meeting with an executive manager who was so sentimental and precise about formal documents. Normally, writing a letter in this level took at least half of my day to be completed. But in that day, my computer helped me to write a flawless letter in less than half an hour. As you can see, using computers for this purpose can assist you fundamentally.
Secondly, preparation of a letter in a computer let you write your transcript in a very short period of time. Also, you would not need to worry about the neatness of your final material as it is going to be printed after the correction phase which help you to have a finished letter in one try. On the other hand, if you wanted to write your letter with your own hand, you have to come up with an initial draft then you should write the main letter again which could also contain one or two unnoticed mistakes. Roughly, this may take at least one or two-hour from you.
Last but not least, sharing and public distribution of a specific item like a letter can be challenging. Nowadays, computer devices make this issue much easier for us than we thought. As, with internet and email software possibilities, they have the ability to send our written letters to anybody in less than a moment without any hesitation. Furthermore, they keep a record of all your letters with their recipients in their cloud memory.
In conclusion, writing a letter can be a big problem for any of us. Some people still believe in using old method of writing with a pen. However, most of them prefer to use computers due to their numerous benefits. At last, it can be deducted that smart devices made humens lives more comfortable and regular.
