Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
In twenty years there will be fewer cars in use than there are today.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Transportation is an important part of our livings. People always need to go from one location to the other one. For example, in the daily life they need to go to their work, stores, and schools and so on. Car is an essential vehicle. Although, some people think that in the near future the amount of cars will be reduced, I'm not convinced by this idea. From my vintage point, the amount of car will be increased because of its past rate is incremental. Also, the progressive societies need the greater amount of transportation vehicles such as car in the future.
To begin with, the amount of cars which are used today, are higher than what they were the past. The statistics show that in the past the people tended to commute short distances. Also, the reports show that in the past each family had maximum one car, since the family had one active member as father who was working out of the house. But now in modern life, families have tendency to work out of the house. For example, the wives have the opportunity to work in the job market. By this way they could make some money and they can afford to buy a car. As a result in modern families, it is more possible that there is more than one car. This incremental amount of car may become persistent in the future and the amount of car will be increased.
Along with the incremental trend of cars, the numbers of companies which will be grown in the upcoming years become higher. The progress in economics and cultures are some important causes. Therefore, small cities will be grown and the locations would be far and the people will prefer to commute the location between their house and work with their car. Because, the human beings are naturally tend to prefer the easier solutions and the public transportation vehicles may seem as time-consuming solution.
To conclude, the incremental rate of cars and expansion of the cities and societies, make in clear that the amount of cars which will be using in the next twenty years are increasing. Therefore, I’m seeing the moment that even each kid has a car in the near future.
