ORGANIC FOOD
According to the text, people are starting to purchase organic food, because they are afraid of the use of chemical on fruit and vegetable. The writer points out that chemical used on traditionally grown product are harmful for the environment, impacting the surrounded area and producing pollution, for example water pollution cause by these chemical that make their way to nearby sources of water.
Meanwhile, in the listening, it was said that organic product and traditionally grown product are the same, neither of them would cause something to the ecosystem. She state that the amount of chemical used for the plant are a tiny amount and so, harmless; Also the products are washed before being sell to the super market and also before put on sale for the consumer. Additionally there are strict laws that control the used of this chemicals, so farmer usually are very careful with these. Besides, she says that these product would be harmful to the environment if this are not manage properly, however this go to both of organic and traditionally grown product.
In other words organic and traditional product are both just as good to be consume by us and being harmless to the environment if manage properly by the farmer.
