To begin with, The author of the passage mentions on this point that the new constructions that occurred in Britain, due to the population increase can cause keeping the eyes of builders blind to valuable archaeological sites in order to earn more profit. However, the lecturer asserts that according to the new procedure before starting to build a new construction the site must examine by an archaeologist.
In addition, the author of the passage argues that decreasing government support and grant could affect initiate of new projects. On the other hand, the lecturer mentions that new excavating projects can get financial support from construction companies instead of the government and it includes not only initiating but the preservation process too.

Finally, the writer claims that there Are fewer positions available for archaeologists and, are limited to universities or few government agencies. In contrast, the professor thinks that thanks to the new guideline, establishes a new position for companies which supported the archaeological process yet they paid for a new job that exited. In addition, Writing new articles based on findings has become more popular.
