Summarize the points in the lecture, being sure to explain how they cast doubt on the specific points made in the reading passage.
In contrast to the Reading passage, which emphasizes on use of TED system on boat reduces the possibility of sea turtle being caught and provided three reasons of support, the lecture questions the applicability of the TED and refutes each of the author's point.
First, the reading claims that TED is capable of selecting the sea turtle or any organisms over 10cm which helps in preserving them. However, the professor points out that not all sea turtle are greater than 10cm and smaller and mild one still get caught, shrimps greater than 10cm is also rejected which definitely questions its applicability.
Second, the reading claims that all boats should install TEM compulsorily on their boat creating the possibility that sea turtle would not be caught. The professor opposes this point by explaining that fisherman can easily remove TED when tramps are being released and again install afterward; lack of authority of monitor question its usefulness.
Finally, the reading posit that shrimps from only those nations to be imported which implies STL laws. However, the professor claims that all lot of nations and authorities engage to provide authentication to the boats, such paper can be easily faked and it's hard to trace those sorts of letter.
