Summarize the points made in the lecture you just heard, explaining how they cast doubt on the points made in the reading.

The reading and lecture are both about the two species which are quite identical to each other. Nevertheless, there are few prominent variances within them. The author of the reading states that bobobos are silent in nature however, the chimpanzeez are opposite to it. The lecturer disagrees. He mentions the features of both creatures are misinterpreted and attacks each of the claims made in the article.
The author of the reading begins by stating bobobos are peaceful and amicable in nature while chimpanzees are agressive and likely to injure each other. The lecturer believes there are flaws in the writer’s position. He contends although bonobos stick together, they throw object and are violent to each other. He also says chimpanzees are quiet as compared to bonobos.
According to writer bonobos interact so well however, chimpanzees are suceptible of murdering their own offspring. The speaker on other hand points out that since young bonobos are accompained by their parents, they are rarely killed. As for chimpanzees, they do not stay together so they are more volunerable to other chimpanzees.
Also the reading passage notes that bonobos are vegeterian and mostly eat fruits, leaves and nuts. On other hand, chimpanzees are non vegeterian therefore they hunt other animal for their survival which eventually is harmful to native species. The professor rebuts this argument. He puts forth the idea that beacause chimpanzees are short supply of food, they are compelled to hunt animals for their survival. If bobobos are limited to such environment, they end up killing others for food as well.
As we can see, the writer and speaker holds very conflicting views on these species. The lecturer effectively challenges the author’s argument.
