All the reading and the listening are about the results of having a group working on a project together.
First, according to the reading one of the advantages of working on a team is that having more members working together in same project provide them with more experince and knowledge. As a result the work will be finished quickly. However, the professor refutes this idea by explaining that the members of the team did not contribute together. He discusses that the work did not finished quickly because many meeting are needed to reach to an agreement between the all members of the team.
Second, the article claims that individuals of the group can be easily reconginzed and rewarded for the good work. On the other hand, the lecture opposes this notion by saying that no names, or individuales are recognized for the well done work. It is recognized for the all group without nomanting special person who is responible for the success.
Third, The passage avaers that group take the risky decision because there is no responsibilty for individual members of the group. Nevertheless, the lecturer rejectes this topic by stating that the blame is placed on all members of the group. according to the professor, some members may see that the project will go on other directions but they may be ignored by the other group member. And on the end the blame of the failure on work will be at everyone without exceptions for who tried to rescue the project.
Therefore, the professor questions all the ideas mentioned on the reading.
