The author of the reading believes that creating a group of people as a team is so beneficial for solving any company problem in a creative way. The lecture refutes all the advantage that came in the passage.
The lecturer thinks that creating a group of people as a team to solve a company problem is a wast of time for the company and the employees; giving the following reasons: creating a team would take a six-months without any effective contributions and the good and bad solutions will be named under the group name; which means all the members will be equally in the value the good and the bad worker. In addition to, If some one thought about an idea as a creative one, he will refuse any objection to be the dominant one; which might be wrong.
The reading consider that creating a group of people as a team to solve a company problem is a great idea by which can safe a lot of time with respect to the following reasons: in the team there is many people with different knowledge, skills, expertise and with different level of thinking are able to produce a creative solution in a small period of time. Moreover, working in a group would make the member in a powerful position which increase the possibility of taking a risk under the responsibility of the whole group ; which is one of the important basics in order to have a creative solution.
In conclusion the passage was like the positive thoughts of creating a group to solve a company problem while the lecture is the cons of having a group of people working in a company problem.
