The professor illustrates three important argument about which have been discussed in the passage. In contrast to the passage professor talks about free riding of some members of a group whom are assigned to work on a certain project, frustrating of some team members for discarding their new ideas by others in group, and not reaching to a consensus in a group, which are in consistency with those are pointed in the passage.

First, the passage pointed out that, group members will get better feeling when they are going to work for ideas imposing by other members, while the professor took an example of having frustrated of some team members, since their ideas was discarded by others.

secondly, the reading says the people who works in a group are about to make decisions as easily as possible, while the professor took an example of a company, which it group after 6 month could not have a consensus, for some part of group recognition was a result of direct cooperation of some certain member of group not the others.
