In the reading author express three advantages for assembling people in a group to finish a project. In the lecture professor refutes all these advantages.
First, reading says in a team so many knowledge, skills and expertise collect together that cause a great force to accomplish a project. Professor refutes this by expressing that in a team some member don't work hard and against them some other try very hard and provide a great successfulness opportunity for grupe but at the end they will be unsatisfied.
Second, passage claims in a group project implement quickly because of duty dividing between them and easier problem solving. Professor again disagree and says a team project proceed harder and consumes more time because having a compromise between team members with different idea isn't easy.
Third, author says in a team goals are greater and affect member's life in a significant ways that cause they shine. Professor says some more influential member in a group who can affect and manage others to handle project in a specific manner may cause project proceed in a false way and force other groups to act according to their ideas. At the end by project failing all members are considered guilty.
