Britain has a long and rich history of settlement. Hence, Britain is one of the most valuable places for archaeologist to investigate and promote their research. The reading passage mentions some problems that archeologisit will face during their examinations in Britain. But the lecturer thinks that by new guidlines in 1990, all the problem has solved.
The reading passage mentions that by new construction projects in Britain, most of ancient valuable sites are in danger. Because many of archeological artifacts were destroyed by construction. But the lecturer mentioned the new guildline that insists on examination of any construction sites by archeologist before any construction.
The reading passage mentions that there is not adequate funding sources for archeologist to continue their investigation. Because goverment changed the priority of funding.
