Reading states some points to reveal animal tissues found in the 70 million year old T.rex leg's bone. It provides explanation to justify the presence of tissues in the leg's bone. Whereas, lecture challenges those explanation and provides opinion to reject points mentioned in the paragraph.
Firstly, reading mentions that tissues were in branch and hollow shapes which reveals the presence of blood vessels having soft organic material. Contrary to this opinion, lecture states that bones were lying for million years old and probability of bacteria to be there is more. Hollow structure in the fossils could be created by bacteria and traces of soft organic material could be moist residue left by bacteria.
Secondly, reading states that microscopic examination has revealed fossils contains reddish spheres which could be remains of red blood corpuscles having iron material which supports in carrying oxygen. While, lectures states that spherical shapes have been found in the fossils of primitive animals. These fossils does not carry red blood corpuscle which signify that spheres found in the leg's bone can not be remains of red blood corpuscles. Reddish spheres found is the remains of reddish minerals.
Thirdly, reading shows that matrix of fibrous protein delineates presence of collagen in the fossils. Collagen is the biochemical material found in the fossils. Whereas, lecture clarifies that collagen can not last longer. It is skeptical to say that it has been found in the 70 million years old bone. Lecture supports its point by revealing that recent source has shown that collagen use to be there in the human skin.
