according to what the professor said, the causes that passage mentioned those, are out of dated and today scientist could explore new reasons for the little ice age. first, disrupting of ocean current can not be an exact reason for the little ice age because that happened in the specific area, not in every where, that was not exactly some where that we know. second, it can be true that volcanic eruption have caused the little ice age if that was so strong. I mean dark clouds of dust and sulfur gas that volcanoes erupt send to in the atmosphere be strong enough that prevent sun light to reach to the earth but today, we know volcanoes erupt was not simply strong enough. third, substantial decrease in human populations may have contributed indirectly to cooling of the climate but according to what we know today, there was not enough time for working it that causes to cooling climate and we know, growing crops by human need to carbon dioxide that make earth cooler by absorbing carbon dioxide.
