Thanks for your guidance. but i have a query that example should not be similar to your reason? if i will say reason but the example is not supporting that perticular reason then how my idea is supported with example?
please guide me for this and explain how to give example

Listen to the second reason again, the first two sentences are like examples already. The reasons should be simple, like:
It can give more info. for example, ...
it can save money. for example, ...
it can save time. for example, ...
.....
