Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth with poorer nations by providing them with things such as food and education? Or is this the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens?

Food and then education are the fundamentals for any nation, in a manner of nation's prosperity. Nations become wealthy by doing hard work either in agriculture or in technology. Nations which do not focus on the above mentioned basic rules they become poor and more poorer. Rich nations should support the poorer nation.

Nations those are not aware of the fact that how can they make themselves wealthier and stronger should be supported by rich nations. It is in benefit for those nations who are rich to help the poorer nations. For example, In Saudi Arabia there were so many oil fields and they were unaware of the fact. The result of that unawareness and lack of education in previous decade has seen that these nations were leading life below the scale with respect to wealth, as well as food. They used to eat dates and water from well. It was USA who helped them with their wealth and education and realized them how much important minerals they are having. That help was in favor of both nations. As a matter of fact, both nations became rich and wealthy, by the cooperation and induction of wealthier nation.

However, It is government responsibility whether of a rich nation or the poorer to provide better education and food to their people. As a result, poorer nation government takes major steps in order to provide food and education to their nation. For instance, Africa a poor nation and their government is not that much rich to cut down the poverty, increase education rate and supply of adequate food, they induced USA to run their USAID program and fulfill their needs.

In contrast, China's government did many preventives in past decades to build their nation stronger and fulfill the need of education and food where necessary. As in the past we have seen, nation of China was leading a very pathetic live, but their government took very bold steps and admitted their responsibility and they worked hard in their education region and made emphasis on education. Now in recent years they are leading technical nation.

In would definitely recommend that, it is a major responsibility of government indeed. For instance, if we have a glance on rich nations so we can see easily that they are having less crime rate, literacy rate is very high, equal basic rights and respect for social values. Therefore, it is government responsibility to provide these facilities so that nation would definitely flourish and become wealthy.

In conclusion, I must say that, rich nations should support poorer nations in order to have benefit from them, as well because of humanity and yes, a major responsibility of government to make fulfill the need of their nation in food and education.
