Dear Priya,
Hope this letter finds you well. I have received your letter and glad to know that you are planning to drop your kids at my house over the weekend.
Firstly, my whole family is very excited to have them with us and we are looking forward to spend some good time together. I would make sure that they will have a pleasant and comfortable stay at my house.
Since, you are leaving to Pune on Saturday morning, hence, it would be convenient to leave the children at my house on Friday night post 8PM as I will be back from the office around 7PM.
However, as I am meeting your children after a while, therefore, I have planned few activities for them to fortify my bond with them. On Saturday, I will take them to zoo as it is very famous among children and offering special wildlife program on Saturday morning. On Sunday, my society is organizing fun fare event for children and arranging competition, I feel children would be happy to participate in fun fare event. I hope you would be satisfied with my planning and would not worry too much about children.
I look forward to meeting you all on Friday.
Best regards,
Sonali
