Dear sir,

I regret to inform you that I have lost the asset verification report of Shail mall while I was moving from our office to the client office. This was the part of the reports of asset verification audit conducted in the month of September 2016 throughout the Adani buildings in Ahmedabad.

I was carrying this report from our office to the client office for the final representation of audit done. However, I realized about its loss when I open the file at the waiting room. Soon I realized, I contacted the office if I forgot it at my desk and checked in my car also. But, under my surprise, I could not find it anywhere. Now, we have left with the solution to get a scanned copy of the duplicate report that we usually handover to admin manager of a respective building as an acknowledgment of process done.

I would request you to contact Mr. Karan Grover, the admin manager of Shail mall building to provide us the soft copy of our final presentation and reference.

Awaiting for your action and prompt reply.

Yours faithfully,

Bhumika Suryavanshi
