you have been studying French for one semester at university, but have decided to change your language course to English. Write a letter to the
Dean of studies, Professor Andrews
-explain why you wish to change your course of studies
-ask if it is possible to transfer your fees for the rest of the year without paying additional costs
Dear Professor Andrews,
I am writing with regard to a French course that I took at the Harvard University and now after one semester I feel as if I was not successful in it and consequently decide to change my course to English.
My name is Rahi Honarvar, and I have studied French for one semester. Unfortunately after a few sessions I realized that this course was not appealing to me and all the grammar and vocabulary were overwhelming. So I wonder if it is possible for me to change the course to English.
I have a few question about this transmission. Firstly, I need to know if it is feasible to transfer the tuition fee that I paid at the time of registration for English course. Secondly, I wonder if it would be possible to transfer the money, is there any other charges that I should pay?
Thanks for your consideration and I am looking forward to your swift answer.
Yours sincerely,
Rahi Honarvar
