- What you like about the restaurant
- Suggestions for improvement
Dear Mr. Robertson,
I am writing to you to express my gratitude for operating such a great restaurant, “Grilled BBQ”. I ate at your establishment and every meal I have had there has been outstanding and truly delicious. Another important reason to write to you is that I am planning to throw a party at your restaurant, on the occasion of my wedding anniversary next Sunday, and I would request you to reserve a table for twenty guests.
First of all, I loved the interior decoration of your restaurant. The ambience and the music are simply awesome. I have tried almost every entrée on the menu and my favorite is crispy chicken. Please don’t ever change the recipe, it is incredible. Secondly, the service is extraordinary, whenever I visit your restaurant, I was given a warm welcome and your staff made sure I am comfortable.
However, I would suggest a couple of ideas to make your restaurant more better place to dine. Try adding more vegetarian dishes on the menu for main course and play some popular romantic songs in the evenings.
I hope you find my suggestions useful and look forward to hearing from you with table reservation details.
Yours sincerely
Kiran Kumar
