In areas where there are many restaurants, some people prefer to buy their meals in restaurants very frequently, rather than cooking and eating meals at home. Other people prefer to cook most of their meals at home and only rarely eat in a restaurant. Which one would you choose and why?
These days people have various options for their meals to enjoy. They can go to many different restaurants and fast-food stores, or they can cook and prepare their own dish. Although it is easier to buy food at a restaurant, personally, I prefer to make my own meal for some reasons. This essay will discuss this matter.
First of all, people are working so hard every day to make money to spend on things they desire, and they may not have time to spend on personal matters such as cooking. Although, this is understandable that some people choose to go to a restaurant and have a delicious meal, cooking can be more beneficial for some reasons. Preparing food at home is a healthier approach because, for example, people can buy fresh food products and cook a healthy dish. Moreover, they have more options to enjoy. One can choose various food ingredients such as vegetables and cheese and mix them together to make a new dish which can be more enjoyable. So, they can ensure to maintain a healthy lifestyle by following some simple patterns.
In addition, cooking allows people to learn some useful skills. Not only they can study and try different cooking methods, but also they can improve their organizational skills which can help them manage their lives properly. I remember my mother always cooked patiently and accurately as it was a delicate job. She wanted to feed her children with healthy and delicious food, so she was very careful and followed detailed recipes to make a wonderful and tasty meal. As a result, she was a very successful woman both at work and at home, simply because she learned to consider details. Moreover, cooking is cost-effective and people can manage life expenses much easier by cooking at home instead of buying food at restaurants. This may help them save more money for the future or they can buy things they need the most.
In conclusion, people have less time to spend on cooking and they prefer to buy food outside of home. Although, it may seem better to pay for a meal, in my opinion, it is more beneficial, in terms of managing costs and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, to prepare our own food.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
