What do you think about leadership?
Leadership is a word which contains different aspects of being a leader. To be a good leader, you need a bunch of qualities. Moreover, being a leader is followed by some downsides. These two opposite part will be discussed in this essay.
To tell more, leadership spring from a group of characteristics for a leader such as : patience, honesty, self confidence, ability of communicating and also the potention of managing. A professional leader must bring on time himself in order to to be able to encouraging his team not to be late on their job.furthermore, he requires positive outlook. One more thing about leadership is open-mindedness.
In addition to the above information, leadership has it's own inescapable downsides for the leader. For instance, accountability is unavoidable for the leader. He is responsible for the team's activities and actions. One more thing is isolation. One more disadvantage of leadership is bad people who the leader have to face with them. Sometime these people challenge his patience.
To conclude leadership has some prerequiements which are closely connected to the leader personalities as well as characteristics. Beside the advantage being an important person as a leader, one should be ready to accept it's disadvantages.
