The graph illustrates information about how many Vietnamese students studying in three countries over the period of 15 years.
Overall, while the average number of Vietnamese students enrolling in American and French shools went up, the opposite was true for Russian schools. Also, the figure for Vietnamese students studying in America experienced the most significant growth during the time.
In 2000, the number of Vietnamese studens in France was highest with about 3.5 millions, in comparison with roughly 3 millions and only 1.5 millions in Russia and America respectively. In the next 5 years, the figure for that in Russia and France saw a considerable decrease of 1 millions. By contrast, the number of Vietnamese students in the USA rose to approximately 2 millions.
From 2005 onwards, the figure for Vietnamese students in America increased sharply to 5 millions in 2015, while the number of that in France remained stable before rising to around 4.5 millions in the last year. Meanwhile, the year 2010 witnessed a decline to a low just under 2 millions of Vietnamese students in Russia, but then the figure recovered back to 2.5 millions at the end of the time.
