What makes people most happy?
The given pie-diagrams compares a survey inference between two different age groups regarding the activities or situations that provide them happiness.
Overall, it can be noticed that although there are several similarities between the younger and the older group about the factors that makes them happy, it also comes up with certain striking differences in both age group regarding the same.
Firstly, lets focus on the similarities. Achievement at work provides the most happiness to both age groups. 31% of younger group attain happiness by achieving at work whereas 32% of older group.
The second highest activity that is responsible for happiness in both groups is performing hobbies. 22% of former group enjoy doing hobbies whereas 24% of later group seek happiness in hobbies. Other factors contribute to about 14% and 10% for people below 30 and 30 years respectively.
Moving on to the differences, younger people are happier about having good looks while good financial stability makes the older group happy. Good looks gives 18% of younger people happiness while 20% of older group is cheered by financial securities. 14% of the older group are happy about spending time with families and enjoying the company of their family members and travelling is something that provides 15% of younger group with bliss
