You have joined an evening course at a local college and there is no problem in the course as such, but you have complaints about the other facilities (Eg. Room and equipment etc). Write a letter to the administrator of the college. In the letter:
1) Tell what you like about the course?
2) What problem you have in the facilities provided?
3) Suggest what can be done to resolve it?
Dear sir or madam,
I feel the need to highlight an issue that is being faced by me along with other students in the facilities that are provided in the academic building which is near to the vice-chancellor office. Allow me to elaborate.
I am a student of the French language course. The teachers are very friendly and adopt a unique teaching methodology which makes learning fun. Further, I am really impressed by the teaching which has been a reason for me to suggest my friends join the French language classes in the college as well.
In addition, there are certain issues in the facilities which need to be addressed on a priority basis as the influx of students has increased multi-folds which has led to different people attending classes. Moreover, I have seen some more specially-abled students joining the classes. It is surprising to see that the college has made no arrangement in toilets or other infrastructural changes for our other specially-abled friends to have access. It is very hard for us to have proper access to the toilet and classrooms because no changes have been made in the existing infrastructure over the period of time and as per government norms.
However, it has become the need of the hour to carry out necessary changes in the existing building to enable people with restricted mobility or any other special needs to be able to have an easy time going from one class to the other without depending on any other person which would empower us more. I hope the situation will be looked at on a priority basis and the necessary changes will be carried out.
Yours sincerely,
Brad Jason
