Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to notify you that I will be unable to continue in the community service activities which I am volunteered at the organization.
Several activities are offered by the organization to help the community in different fields, but I decided to take care of lonely senior and old people. When I joined this specific voluntary work, I did not realize that I would be part of those people`s happiness. I got also enjoyed with them while providing the day care.
Recently, I joined a post graduate program outside the city, and I must travel to catch the classes which will start next month. Selected program is for a complete year, and I will be out of the city for the whole time until getting my graduation certificate. Therefore, it will be very difficult to continue with the team in the voluntary work.
My voluntary work is still ongoing, and the current team are committed with their work. I would therefore recommend that my brother can replace my position in the voluntary service. He will be available from next week if you want to interview him first.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Ayoub
