The reading passage is about advantages of group working and its ablility to increase the chance of approaching project's goal. But the lecturer thinks in opposite way. The lecturer thinks that working in a group would cause so many problems for company and also contributers.
The first reason that the reading passage mentioned as a advantage of group working is its abilities to use different expertise and knowledge in one group which is more beneficial for the whole group. But the lecturer thinks completely opposite and the group cannot manage all experties and knowledge of the whole contributers.
The second reason that the reading passage mentioned is about creativity and taking risks that will happen when someone participates in a group. But the lecturer thinks that making decision in a group will takes many times which is one of the negative aspects of working in a group.
The final reason that reading passage encountered as a advantage of group working is its ability to shine and recognition of an idea and the chance that each idea has to get contribution. The lecturer thinks that after a period of time, some of contributer would take responsibilities of whole group and it will suppress different ideas of group and finally blame would place on all.
