Suggest how the area could be improved
Dear Mr. Smith,
I hope that all affairs go as planned. I am writing in response to your request for several complaints of reception and how we can improve our reception area.
As I investigate the problems, most of the complaint about has not enough place to seat and limited facilities such as cold fresh water and tea or coffee, unless they have not problems with our staff in reception, our staffs are so polite and warm welcoming in reception.
As you know, the reception is a really important part of our company to attract people and clients to deals with our company and increase their truth level to us.
In my view, our company can improve reception environment with less cost. Just furnish some furniture to the customer’s seat unwind. In addition, we can buy an auto machine to prepare hot and cold drink for clients at the moment.
I hope you will find my suggestions useful.
Yours sincerely,
Jack Brown
