Overall, households in owned accommodation are in increasing fashion from 1918 to 2011. Likewise, decreasing order of households percentage can be seen for rented accommodation across the same years. The year 1971 has the same percentage of households for both owned and rented houses.
The Highest percentage of households are in the year 1918 which is between 70% to 80%, in rented homes. Accommodation rented in 1939 and 1953 have approximately 68% of households. In the further years, a significant decline in percentage can be seen for rented houses until 2001 and Slight increase in percentage is shown from 2001 to 2011.
on the other hand, in 1918 owned accommodation has lowest percentage of household which is about 22%. The years 1939 and 1953 have identical percentage in owned places. After that, there is a decline trend until year 2001. Moreover, the households percentage in 1991 and 2001 are about the same which is around 31% for owned accommodation.
