Some people believe the large shopping malls are replacing local shops which is bad for local economies. What is your opinion?
Recently, the phenomenon of large shopping malls and its corresponding impact on local economics has sparked a heated debate. Although contested by many that local shops are highly beneficial, such issue might be regarded thoroughly both constructive and positive by a substantial number of individuals. I am inclined to believe that replacing with malls can be a plus, and I will analyze that throughout this essay.
From the economic standpoint, the big shopping malls can provide the society with noticeable effects, which are rooted in the fact that a higher employment rate and social welfare are intertwined inextricably with not only lower unemployment rates but also cost-effective issues. According to my own experience, when I was a university student, I performed an academic experiment which discovered discount seasons for brand stores. Thus, beneficial ramifications of both the supple-demand balance and economic factors in big malls apparently can be seen.
Within the realm of local community science, the replacements of local shops by malls might increase the consequences of worsening local economy. Moreover, fundamental aspects of private shops owners would relate to this reality that the demerits of small capitals owned by locals pertain to destruction. As a tangible example, a scientific study undertaken by a prestigious university has asserted that the downside of perished local stores is correlated negatively with traditional skills. Hence, it is correct to presume the preconceived notion of the private companies located in local community.
To conclude, while there are several compelling arguments on both sides, I profoundly beileve that the benefits of the large shopping malls far outweigh its drawbacks. Not only do the advantages of local shops prove the significance of economic conditions, but also pinpoint its crucial implications.
