The table shows that total visitors number visited the museum before and after the renovation. For those people who visited the museum during these two periods, they were asked to express their satisfaction and the two pie charts illustrate visitors’ satisfaction levels.
Overall, total number of visitors increased significantly after the renovation and there was an increase in the number of both very satisfied and satisfied visitors, while the very dissatisfied and dissatisfied people decreased considerably.
The total number of visitors before the refurbished stood at 74000. There was 45% of visitors claimed that they were delighted about the visit. On the other hand, half of visitors dissatisfied with their visits.
After the museum renovation, the visitor numbers rose nearly 20000 to 92000. The number of visitors expressed satisfied increased considerably from 11100 to 32200. Likewise, satisfied visitors went up to 10%. The dissatisfied levels (visitors who claimed they were unhappy about the visit) decreased from 50% to 20% which is a dramatic drop. The percentage of people who did not express their opinion remained constant at 5%.
