Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to an advertisement for a training course which I saw in the Economic Times. The course is for business executives who want to converse in Mandrian language. To elicudate, it is a 60 days certification course provided by "The lingua" Additionally it focuses on various pivotal aspects of the building a strong foundation for learning the language.
As you are aware that as per the company policy each year an employee is entitled to pursue one such course as a part of a global initiative for employees to achieve their key performance indicators. For such courses, the cost is covered by the company but need prior approval by the reporting manager. Thus I would request to you approve the same.
Since I am handling sales for China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong and Singapore where mostly people converse in Cantonese or Mandarin. The language development course will enable me to easily converse in the local dialect with the customer and close more business transactions for the company.
I look forward to your response and approval on this subject.
