My name is Clara Johnson , I stayed at your hotel last week. I am writing to require your assistance regarding the following issue.
On December 1st I arrived to Chicago for business purposes and checked in Hilton hotel. I was given the room number 14 which is located on the second floor. The view to the park was marvelous and I had a relaxing and pleasant rest in the hotel after long working hours.
My booking was for 7 days, however I had to leave abruptly after 3 days because of an emergency situation at work. Due to the haste, I packed my bag carelessly and forgot some clothes in the room’s wardrobe. My grey velvet jacket and a matching skirt, as well as black leather shoes were left there.
Could you please send these items by FedEx to my home address : 1234 New York, 15 Bolton street? The delivery costs can be withdrawn from my credit card as an extra hotel service. It’s the same card that I used to pay for my stay.
