Dear Alan,
I hope this letter finds you well. Firstly, I would like to apologize for not contacting you earlier, as I was busy with my work schedule and therefore, didn't get any time to contact you. Moreover, I would like to inform you that, I had applied for Masters from British Columbia University and quite recently got an offer letter. I have few queries, which I would like to get answered from your end.
Let me explain you further. Major subject for which I have applied for is supply chain. However, there are some questions, regarding the credibility of institute, moreover, I would need few details regarding: what sort of clothes do I need carry, how much is the rent, if I opt for living outside hostel and what other expenses will be incurred by me. Furthermore, as you have studied supply chain, so if you may guide me regarding the difficulty level of this course and what other options do I have, other than British Columbia University.
Therefore, it is requested, if you may please help me clarify the above mentioned questions. So that, I can start my preparations for joining the course in Mid-September.
Your's Sincerely
