Some people prefer to play team sports, while other prefer to play individual sport. Discuss the advantages of each. Then indicate which you prefer and why?

Recently, the phenomenon of sports teams and its corresponding impact has sparked a heated debate. Although contested by many that the matter of sports clubs is highly beneficial, such issue is regarded thoroughly both constructive and positive by a substantial number of individuals. I am inclined to believe that competitive sports can be a plus, and I will analyze that throughout this essay.
From a social standpoint, individual sports can provide the society with some noticeable effects which are rooted in the fact that the merits of doing exercise, as well as swimming sport, are inextricably bound up. According to my own experience, when I was a university student, I performed an academic experiment which discovered the benefit of sports. Thus, beneficial ramifications of both the physical exercise and the practical sport apparently can be seen.
Within the realm of science, the sports centre might increase the consequences of sport's fields. Moreover, fundamental aspects of dangerous sports could relate to this reality that demerits of the physical injury pertain to the sports pain. As a tangible example, some scientific research undertaken by a prestigious university has asserted that the downside of the football team is correlated negatively with playing the sport. Hence, it is correct to presume the preconceived notion of daily exercise.
To conclude, while there are several compelling arguments on both sides, I profoundly believe that the benefits of the sports activity far outweigh its drawbacks. Not only do the advantages of winter sport prove the significance of the strong team, but also pinpoint individual practice implications.
